We exist to empower foster youth and underserved communities by providing free haircuts, mentorship, and genuine support. What starts in the chair goes far beyond grooming. It becomes a moment where confidence is built, conversations are had, and lives begin to shift.
We believe that when a young person looks good, they feel different. When they feel different, they move different. And when they move different, their future changes.
Through every event, every cut, and every interaction, we are creating safe spaces where youth feel seen, valued, and supported.
Our mission is simple. Build confidence, provide guidance, and show every individual that they matter.

OUR FOUNDER
MALIK PARKER-HILL
For more than 20 years, Malik Parker-Hill, affectionately known as “The Master Hairapist,” has been a passionate force in the barbering industry. His journey began as the trusted “Neighborhood Barber,” sharpening his craft long before officially enrolling in Johnny Matthew’s Hairdressing Training School in Salem, Oregon, in 2015.
Malik’s natural talent and creative approach to barbering have set him apart, earning him recognition for innovative techniques and a stylistic vision rarely seen in the field. After graduating, he gained valuable experience working at premier barber shops and traveling the globe, providing celebrity haircuts and styling services.
One of Malik’s proudest achievements was cutting hair on military installations, a role that highlighted his commitment to service and excellence. Returning to Oregon, he became the Barber Director and Instructor at Johnny Matthew’s Hair Training Academy, where he mentored and graduated over 200 students.
Today, Malik is the proud owner of Final Cut Grooming Lounge in Dallas, Oregon, a space dedicated to offering exceptional grooming experiences. Specializing in beard grooming, hot towel shaves, intricate designs, hair units, and both trendy and classic hairstyles, Malik continues to elevate the art of barbering, creating confidence and style for every client.
